The automatic loading and unloading cage system is the guarantee for the continuous and efficient operation of the entire post sterilization system, mainly composed of an automatic loading cage system, a partition collection system, an automatic unloading cage system, and a cage conveyor system. This system is mainly used for PE bottles.
Automatic cage loading and unloading of glass bottles, two-piece cans, and three piece cans of beverages before sterilization.
1. The filled products enter the cage machine through the conveyor line and are automatically stacked in an orderly manner into the cage basket;
2. The cage conveyor line automatically sends full baskets of products into the sterilization kettle;
3. The sterilized products are transported by the cage conveyor line to the cage unloading machine and automatically removed from the cage frame;
4. The extracted products are automatically transported by the conveyor line to the packaging equipment for testing and packaging.
