The Working Process Of A Multi Lab Retort Machine
Loading
The first step is to load the materials into the retort chamber. This can be done manually or using automated loading systems. Sealing
Once the materials are loaded, the retort chamber is sealed tightly. Heating And Pressurizing

Processing

Cooling And Depressurizing

Forced cooling is often preferred as it can significantly reduce the processing time. At the same time, the pressure control system gradually reduces the pressure inside the chamber. It is important to ensure that the cooling and depressurizing process is carried out slowly to prevent any damage to the materials or the chamber.
Unloading
Once the chamber has cooled down and the pressure has been reduced to a safe level, the chamber can be opened, and the processed materials can be unloaded. The materials are then ready for further analysis or use.

The condition of the equipment should be checked for abnormalities and obvious defects;
