Through direct injection of steam, the water in the hot water tank is heated to a predetermined temperature, and then injected into the process tank, while the process water in the pot is continuously circulated, and the water is heated and sterilized through the water vapor mixer.
Lab retort machine operation process
First preheat the hot water tank, and then put in the product that need to be sterilized, the water in the hot water tank into the sterilization pot to heat up to the sterilization temperature, after the sterilization , the hot water is recovered to the upper tank, and then the cooling water enters the sterilization pot to cycle cooling,complete the food sterilization process.

Use Siemens electrical control system from Germany, one of the global electrical leaders.The entire sterilization process is controlled by computer PLC, which can be completed at one time without manual operation. The chart is used and the screen is used for touch control.All time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, which can switch from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process. The pressure and temperature are displayed digitally, and various pressure modes and temperature modes suitable for any product can be programmed into the computer in advance.The computer can store 100 sterilization formulas for selection and use.
