Structure and principle of water spray retort:The pot is provided with a circulating water system and a number of nozzles, hot water is conveyed to the nozzle through the circulating pump, and evenly sprayed on the surface of the items to be sterilized in the way of spraying, to achieve rapid heating sterilization.
Structure and principle of steam retort: Through the steam generator to produce high temperature steam, the steam directly into the sterilization pot, the use of steam heat to sterilize the product. The steam is evenly distributed in the pot and fully in contact with the product to achieve the purpose of sterilization.
