The development trend of food processing is shifting from small to large sterilization vessels to improve efficiency and product safety, and reduce energy consumption. A larger sterilization kettle means a larger basket and cannot be manually operated. The big basket is too bulky for one person to carry. The increasing cost of labor has also prompted a gradual shift from manual operation to automated processing and manufacturing, giving rise to the "Automatic Batch Sterilization Kettle System" (ABRS). The automation system of the sterilization workshop consists of one or more sterilization kettles, loading and unloading cages, basket conveyor systems (shuttle cars, basket turnover lines), and system software.
The filled products enter the cage machine through the conveyor line, and the cage machine automatically stacks the products in an orderly manner into the cage basket. The cage basket conveyor line automatically sends the full basket of products into the sterilization kettle. The sterilized products are transported by the cage conveyor line to the cage unloading machine, which automatically takes out the products from the cage. The taken out products are automatically sent by the conveyor line to the post packaging equipment for testing and packaging.
