Our high-temperature retort works by spraying or immersing the sterilized product in high-temperature water, and then maintaining the temperature of the sterilized product at the set sterilization temperature for a period of time to achieve the sterilization effect.
However, for glass bottle packaging products, due to their fragile nature, it is necessary to use relatively gentle heating and cooling methods for sterilization to ensure good product packaging. So,we suggest to choose water spray retort machine.Sterilization of high temperature and short time. Indirect heating, efficient source saving. Direct heating and indirect cooling. No touch between cooling water and the process water, successfully avoiding secondary contamination; In the process of heating and sterilization, the water is continuously sprayed from nozzles adopted high speed spraying, so that the temperature in the pot is kept stable and the sterilization effect is improved, can better protect the package from broken.
