Water spray sterilization retort works by spraying the sterilized product in high-temperature water, and then maintaining the temperature of the sterilized product at the set sterilization temperature for a period of time to achieve the sterilization effect. However, for glass jars packaging products, due to their fragile nature, it is necessary to use relatively gentle heating and cooling methods for sterilization to ensure good product packaging.So,we suggest to choose water spray type sterilization autoclave.
The sterilization process is automatically carried out according to the recipe input to the micro-processing controller SIEMENS PLC.
Throughout the whole process, the pressure inside the retort is controlled by the program by feeding or discharging compressed air through the automatic valve to the retort. Due to water spray sterilization, the pressure in the retort is not affected by temperature, and the pressure can be set freely according to the packaging of different products, making the equipment more widely applicable (three-piece cans, two-piece cans, aluminum cans,flexible packaging bags, glass bottles, plastic packaging etc.).
