Water spray sterilization retort works by spraying the sterilized product in high-temperature water, and then maintaining the temperature of the sterilized product at the set sterilization temperature for a period of time to achieve the sterilization effect.However, for glass jars packaging products, due to their fragile nature, it is necessary to use relatively gentle heating and cooling methods for sterilization to ensure good product packaging.So,we suggest to choose water spray type sterilization autoclave.
