The sterilization of milk usually involves the following methods
1.Low temperature long time sterilization
2.high temperature short time sterilization
3.Ultra high temperature sterilization
4.Direct steam inject sterilizer
5.Secondary milk sterilization:water spray retort,steam retort and water immersion retort.our high temperature milk steam sterilizer belongs to this type sterilization.The milk is preheated to 80-85℃,then filled into a pre sterilized clean container,sealed and then put into the sterilizer,sterilized at 110-120℃ for 10-40min.
After high-temperature sterilization, the shelf life of milk and milk products can be extended to 6-12 months. Moreover, milk products that have undergone high-temperature sterilization have a richer taste.
The use of sterilization retorts for milk products varies depending on the packaging form. Canned milk can be sterilized using steam sterilizer, glass bottle milk can be sterilized using spray sterilizer, and bagged milk can be sterilized using water bath/water immersion sterilizer.
