Rotary Type Water Spray Retort

Automatic rotary type water spray retort is widely used in the sterilization process of filling porridge/Congee, fruit milk, beverage, sauce and other products, especially for high viscosity and large capacity food. During the sterilization process, the rotating cage continuously rotates to ensure that the sterilized product does not layer or settle within its shelf life.

1.The rotating cage of this sterilization retort is assembled by welding and processed by a machining center in one go, ensuring the concentricity between the axis of the rotating body and the rotating cage during the rotation process.
2.The mechanical seal is made of imported alloy material, which solves the problem of water vapor leakage during rotation.
3.The roller of the bearing rolling support structure has low rolling friction and long service life.
4.The rotational speed adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and users can adjust the rotational speed of the rotating body at any time according to the different viscosities of the product, thus achieving the goal of preventing product delamination and sedimentation.

1.When the machines arrive at your factory, our experienceable engineers will come to your site and guide the installation and debugging after we receive your requests.

2.1-year warranty gives you a more rest assured guarantee for use.During the warranty period, any quality problems of the parts that you can not work the machine normally,we all could express new one to you for free.
